These Terms and Conditions apply to the products sold by the company under the name "K.GEORGIOPOULOS & CO OE." (hereinafter "Company") based in Patras, Akti Dymaion 80. The Company provides you with the opportunity to make product purchases through its online store www.luxury-geohome.gr (to this "site"). The Terms and Conditions of Sale apply separately, depending on the type of product you purchase (hereinafter "User" or "Customer" or "you" or "you"). Particularly:

If you place any order through the online store, you agree and unconditionally accept all the terms expressed herein, without exception. Sending your order implies acceptance of all the terms listed below as well as the Terms of Use and the Data Protection Policy, therefore, if you do not agree with them, you must refrain from any transaction through the site. Specifically:

To place any order through the site, you must be over 18 years old and legally competent.

To make a transaction through the site, it is not necessary to create an account but you can also do it as a regular visitor. However, if you choose to create an account, the terms of the Terms of Use apply. In addition to the information listed there, in order to make a transaction you must fill in your name, full address and contact phone number. All these data, as well as any additional data that you will enter in case you wish to issue a purchase invoice, we process in accordance with the Data Protection Policy. The e-mail you declare must be active and accessed only by you, as all communication for your transaction will be made through this e-mail.

The Company is not responsible and is not liable for any obvious errors in features, photos and product prices listed on the site. Please, if you find that a product is offered at an unusually low or high price in relation to its market value, and before submitting this order electronically, contact the Company (by phone or e-mail) in order to disclose that finding or doubt about the unusual price of the product being sold. We also make every effort to accurately reflect the colors of our products. However, as computer screens vary and the media settings are set and customized by the manufacturer or user, we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on your screen will be completely accurate. If for any reason, a product of your order does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us in accordance with our return policy.

All orders are received electronically via the internet after first completing and sending the relevant form that exists on the site under the section "Shopping Cart", clicking first on the icon "Completion of the Order" and then on the icon "Order & Payment", after first consent is given by selecting the icon "I have read and accept the Terms & Conditions of Sale, the Terms of Use and the Data Protection Policy".

With this marking, the Customer expressly and unreservedly states that, before submitting his order, he received in a clear and comprehensible manner the following information: i. The main features of the products ordered, as described on the site. The Customer must check each relevant feature, before submitting his order, so as not to maintain the slightest doubt about the characteristics and properties of the ordered products. The Company has no responsibility in case the Customer failed to be adequately informed about the above. ii. The identity, address, telephone number, and e-mail address of the Company. iii. The total price of the products of the order, including VAT. and any other fees or charges. In particular, the listed prices of the products as mentioned on the site are the final ones (including the corresponding VAT). The above final prices of each product or service on the site do not include shipping costs. If the place of delivery is within the Prefecture of Achaia, the shipment is free. In another case, the Customer bears the process and the shipping costs. iv. The payment, delivery, execution, but also the deadline within which the Company undertakes to deliver the products to either the Customer or the transport company, as well as the policy applied by the Company to deal with complaints. v. The conditions, exceptions, the deadline and the procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal as well as the obligation to charge the Customer with the direct cost of returning the products to the Company, in case of exercising the right of withdrawal. vi. When no right of withdrawal is provided under the Law, the information that the Customer will not have the right of withdrawal or, as the case may be, the circumstances in which the Customer loses the right of withdrawal. vii. Sending the order to the Company is a proposal for the purchase of the ordered products and a statement of acceptance of all the charges described in the order. The Customer, when submitting his order, explicitly acknowledges that the order implies an obligation to pay.

Order Confirmation

Orders are binding only if the payment is completed and there is a relevant update of the order status that you will receive with the electronic Order Confirmation, which is sent to you by e-mail. You are obliged to check the above Order Confirmation and to immediately inform the Company by sending an email to info@luxury-geohome.gr (no later than 1 hour from the receipt of the relevant electronic notice) for any error, otherwise the information contained therein will be applied to the sales contract between you and the Company. Once the order is ready to ship, you will be notified in the same way.

The Company reserves the right, at any time and without further notice, to modify the prices of the products. However, orders - purchases of products that have already been made are not affected.

Availability

The Company can not provide any guarantee for the availability of the products, but informs the Customer based on the observed data for the availability, or not, and undertakes in case of change of these data, to inform in time about the non-availability, in which case bears no further responsibility. The order may be partially accepted and executed. The Company therefore assumes no liability for damages that may arise from the non-acceptance and non-execution of all or part of any order. The Company is not obliged to immediately cover all the quantities of products that may be offered or if the ordered quantities are unusually large. The Company may withdraw from the contract and not accept an order in exceptional cases, especially if the product for which the relevant order was submitted was sold a few minutes earlier and therefore there is no other stock available. In this exceptional case, the price paid is refunded immediately.

Payment methods

The Company, wanting to facilitate as much as possible your online shopping, offers you the following payment methods:

  • via debit, prepaid or credit card Visa, MasterCard, Maestro. All payments made using a card are processed through the e-POS Paycenter service of Piraeus Bank,
  • by deposit in the bank account maintained by the Company with the name of the beneficiary "K. GEORGIOPOULOS & CO OE" in the following Banks:

If you choose this method of payment you must state as a reason the name under which the order was made, as well as the order number (ID) that appears on the Order Confirmation, otherwise there is an inability to identify your order may be delayed or canceled . Payment must be made within 1 day of purchase. We check our account daily, however your payment may be delayed 1-2 business days. Once we receive the payment we will inform you by sending an Order Confirmation e-mail. In case the payment is not completed for any reason, the sale is not completed and the Company has no obligation.

Luxury-geohome.gr does not support the cash on delivery method.

The Company has no access and does not withhold any data and data during the execution of the transaction - payment in which you make and is not responsible and can not guarantee the security of the transactions you make. The relevant delivery cost is borne by you and depends on the volume of the products, the weight of the products, the address and the postal code of the place of delivery. The transport company must have warehouses in Athens, Thessaloniki or Patras where we will deliver your products. The cost of transporting and delivering the products from the Company to the shipping company is borne by us. In special cases the delivery outside the Prefecture of Achaia can be performed by the specialized workshop of the Company after a special consultation.

The Company carries the relevant risk until the delivery to the transport company you have chosen, at which time it is transferred to you. We seek the delivery of products at your place (within the Prefecture of Achaia) or at the transport of your choice. Delivery time ranges from 2 to 10 working days for products that are ready to be delivered, from 25 to 45 working days for our manufactured products from 60 to 80 working days for imported products from the date stated in the Order Confirmation. In the previous delivery times, holidays are not counted as well as the month of August. Orders placed on Fridays as well as on weekends and public holidays are processed on the next business day. The above deadline starts from the day after the date stated in the Order Confirmation, provided that it is in stock, and subject to the order being paid by deposit in a bank account, so the deadline starts from the next day you will receive e- mail receiving the payment. In cases of delay in the delivery of products either at your place (within the Prefecture of Achaia) or at the transport of your choice due to a) force majeure, b) lack of availability of the ordered product in warehouses, c) ordering a product with individual characteristics or according to your specifications, you will be informed by relevant e-mail.

The time and cost of delivery of the products from the shipping company of your choice to you is the subject of your agreement with the company you have chosen. The Company is in no way involved in this agreement and its obligation to you is exhausted by the delivery of the products to the transport company together with all the required accompanying documents.

Order cancellation

In case you wish to cancel your order, please state it immediately. You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours from the day you placed it by contacting us at 2610331530 or e-mail: info@luxury-geohome.gr.

Order cancellation for products made according to your specifications or clearly personalized is not possible.

If your order is canceled, the process of refunding the corresponding amount that may have been paid starts immediately by us.

Order Return

You can return or request a replacement for the products you have purchased from the online store for any reason, within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt.

There is no right of return of the product and withdrawal a) in case it is a sealed product which has been unsealed, b) in case it is a product which has been manufactured according to the specifications you have given or which has been personalized, c) in case in which the product, after delivery, due to its nature, is inextricably linked to other elements, d) in any other case provided by Article 3l of Law 2251/1994.

To return or replace a product, you will need to fill in the relevant (Return Form) that you will find (here) stating the number of your order, the codes of the products you wish to be returned, your name, address, email and your contact phone number and the reason for the return request. For returns from areas outside the Prefecture of Achaia, when completing the Return Form, you are obliged to attach the relevant proof of delivery of the products to your place from the shipping company you selected during your order, from which the date of receipt should be obtained so that to calculate the fourteen (14) calendar days for the exercise of the right of withdrawal. We will confirm the receipt of the Return Form in writing as soon as we receive it.

The refund paid for the purchase of the product is made by the same method as the purchase was made, within 14 calendar days. The amount of the value of the product is returned to you. The cost of returning the products we undertake for collection from a location within the Prefecture of Achaia, otherwise the whole process is borne by you. If you have paid by deposit in a bank account, please fill in your bank details (beneficiary name, IBAN and bank) in the Return Form.

The product must be sent to the Company without delay and definitely within 14 calendar days from the day of withdrawal and for areas outside the Prefecture of Achaia is evidenced by the relevant shipping receipt that you must keep from the shipping company you choose. If it is not sent within the above deadline, the Company may not accept the return. The payment is completed after the return of the product and the check of its good condition and is followed by a confirmation e-mail refund. The responsibility for damage or loss upon return of the product to the Company lies with the customer.

In case you withdraw, before your order is delivered and nevertheless received, you must immediately return the product to the Company exactly in the condition it was received, unopened and unused.

The returned or replaced product, except for the products expressly excluded, must be in the same excellent condition as received, accompanied by the document issued, in its complete original packaging, without tears and damage, with all the contents of the original packaging, unused and unprocessed. In case the product does not meet the above conditions, it will be returned to the customer at his expense.
